Frequently asked questions

Here are some of the most recurring questions regarding the subscription and/or use of Colorcheck; we hope it will be of help to you.

How can I create a Colorcheck account?

To do this you will need to request one of the plans we offer to create your username and password for access to Colorcheck.

Can I pay for a Plan with a credit card?

Yes, you can make the payment via the internet with a credit card.

Can I change my credit card after I have already paid for a plan?

Yes. Even if you have already paid for a plan with a credit card, within the Colorcheck application itself there is a tab called ‘UPGRADE YOUR PLAN’ (or also from ‘Settings’ , ‘My account’) where you have the option to change it for another one.

Can I downgrade to the basic plan from a premium plan?

Yes, under the tab ‘UPGRADE YOUR PLAN’ (or ‘Settings’, ’My account’), you can upgrade or downgrade to any other plan.

If you request a downgrade to a free (basic) plan from a premium plan, your subscription would not revert to basic until the end of the premium subscription period.

(On requesting the downgrade, the application will indicate the date on which the downgrade will take place).

I have a question about how Colorcheck works. Is there a user guide?

There are basic and advanced user guides available in three languages from the ‘DOWNLOADS’ section.

These guides explain all the functions and options that Colorcheck offers you, from a technical point of view, with highly visual and easy to understand explanations, which are also accessible for less experienced users.

In ‘DOWNLOADS’ there are also several of the colour strips that appear in Colorcheck.

Who is the "Brand" Plan for?

This plan is designed exclusively for Brands. With the “Brand” Plan, you can closely track the printer’s work to keep everything under control.

I can't log into my Colorcheck account

Make sure you’ve requested a Plan. If you have, and you don’t remember your username/password, go to the Colorcheck Log In and click “I forgot my password” to generate a new one.

I would like to subscribe to the Premium Plan. How is it different from the others?

The Premium Plan is designed so that we can manage your Colorcheck account to keep track of the work being done, avoid errors and boost cost savings. If you require more information, please contact us and we will explain everything in detail.

I can't connect my device, how do I fix it?

If this is the first time you have done a Colorcheck measurement, the app itself will give you an alert to inform you that you need to install an extension and a densitometer program in order to continue (for more questions regarding how to do this, see the basic manual available in downloads).
Once this message no longer appears, we should be able to perform a measurement. If your device continues to appear as ‘Not connected’, please take the following steps:

¿Cómo puedo crear una cuenta de Colorcheck?

Para ello tendrás que solicitar uno de los Planes que ofrecemos para crear tu usuario y contraseña para acceder a Colorcheck.

¿Puedo solicitar un Plan de pago con tarjeta de crédito?

Sí, puedes realizar el pago a través de internet con tarjeta de crédito.

¿Existe un Manual de uso de Colorcheck?

Estamos trabajando en la redacción de un Manual de uso muy visual e intuitivo donde se explican todas las funcionalidades, muy pronto estará disponible en la página “Descargas”.

¿Para que sirve el Plan "Brand"?

Esta pensado exclusivamente para Marcas. Con el Plan “Brand” se puede llevar un seguimiento exhaustivo del trabajo del impresor para tener todo bajo control.

No puedo iniciar sesión con mi cuenta de Colorcheck

Asegúrate de que has solicitado un Plan. Si es así y no te acuerdas de tu usuario/contraseña, accede al inicio de sesión de Colorcheck y pulsa “He olvidado mi usuario/contraseña” para generar una nueva.

Quiero contratar el Plan Premium, ¿en que se diferencia del resto?

El Plan Premium está pensado para que nosotros gestionemos tu cuenta de Colorcheck para llevar un seguimiento exhaustivo del trabajo, evitar errores y potenciar el ahorro de costes. Si quieres ampliar información contacta con nosotros y te lo explicamos en detalle.
